Our efforts to build economic growth in Midtown during 2015 included close coordination with City and regional economic development partners and ongoing meetings with those looking to locate or develop property in Midtown. 

We provided local insight for projects including the new NCR global headquarters and the High Performance Computing Center. We also presented at engagements reaching more than 1,000 regional real estate professionals.

Midtown Alliance is exploring new mobile technology for 2016 to enhance the walkability and retail experience in our District. We’re also forging ahead with new projects to add research and local insight into our business case for more retail.
